Refund Policy – Avelia Sydney

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made.

Returns:
Returns sent to us without prior request and approval will not be accepted, and your right to a refund will be forfeited.

  1. Deadline: You may return your product within 30 days of receipt. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
  2. Conditions: The product must be in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene-sensitive items, the product must be properly cleaned before initiating a return.
  3. Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, and selected personal care products.
  4. Initiating the process: To start a return, please contact us at info.aveliasydney@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and if applicable, photos of the product. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
  5. Returns at your own risk: Returns are made at your own risk. Avelia Sydney is not responsible for lost, delayed, or customs-held return shipments.
  6. Re-shipping: If a customer accepts a free re-shipment of their order, they waive their right to the 30-day refund guarantee.
  7. Track & Trace: All returns must include a valid tracking number. This allows us to confirm delivery and process your refund. Returns without tracking cannot be verified and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund:
Procedure: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

Late or missing refund: If you have not received your refund within 30 days, please first check your bank account. If the issue persists, contact us at info.aveliasydney@gmail.com

Fees:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Exceptions:
Defective products: If you receive a defective item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed due to automated processing.
