Delivery Times

Shipping Address

Orders with Incorrect Address
Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to modify the shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, it can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Avelia Sydney is not responsible for any loss caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Unclaimed Orders
If a package is not collected within the time frame set by the courier, typically 5 to 7 days, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the order can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed or refused packages without prior communication.

Refusal of Delivery
